Ottawa tournament 2009

This a quick "heads-up" to everyone out there that the Ottawa 2009 tournament will take place on March 14-15, 2009. The venue is, once again, the University of Ottawa's Monpetit gym.
Please mark this date in your calendars. Updates on banquet location, fees and more will be sent to you in the new year.

Drills and Skills Wednesday Nights

Coaching Sessions with Lynne Leblanc – Wed nights 6:30 – 7:30

Below is a list of the Fall coaching sessions. They are free for all members. Non-members are asked to pay a $3 per session fee.

Come on out and learn some valuable volleyball skills!

OCTOBER

  • Oct. 15th: serving (float, top spin, jump serves, targets) and serve reception (individual skills).
  • Oct. 29th: setting (different types of sets).* this session might be cancelled - we will notify you if this happens.
