Brunch for John Hough will be held on Sunday, February 8th

To clarify the previous e-mail from GOV, the brunch for John Hough will be held this Sunday (February 8th, 2009) at 11:00 AM at Todric's Restaurant.

Celebrating John Hough's Life

Members of GOV are invited to attend a brunch to celebrate John Hough's life at 11:00 am, Sunday, February 8th, 2009, at Todric's Restaurant, located at 10 McArthur Avenue, Ottawa.

GOV Team Play Cancelled for January 28th

Due to the bad driving conditions expected from today's storm, and the OC Transpo strike, Gay Ottawa Volleyball's regular team volleyball is cancelled for this evening, Wednesday, January 28th. Please help ensure all your team members are aware of the cancellation.

However, the school will be open tonight during the regular time for pick-up volleyball for those who wish to attend.

Regular team play will resume next week.

We’re Looking for Volunteers!

Interested in performing in this year’s GOV Volleyball Tournament Banquet? Want to help out as part of the production crew?

Then come out this Tuesday night to our first planning meeting! It will take place January 27 at John Gazo’s place at 7:30 (address: 250 O’Connor Street Apt. 18).

Bring your self and your creativity: our theme this year is ‘James Bond’.

We’re looking for people to both be on stage and to help out backstage. All volunteers are welcome!
