It`s time for another Drills and Skills session with Lynne. Get off the Olympic Couch and get to the court! The gym is open at 6:30 and the session starts at 6:45 sharp.

HITTING AND BLOCKING (basic skills and how to observe the hitter)

• March 31: setting and outside hitters (position 2 and 4 – target hitting, off the block, off speed, tip, etc.) as well as back court attacks (behind the 3 meter line)
