Drills and Skills March 25, 2008

Tonight we will have another session of Drills and Skills with Lynne from 6:30 to 7:30.

Tonight's focus:
SETTING AND OUTSIDE HITTERS (position 2 and 4 – target hitting, off the block, tips, etc); and
BACK COURT ATTACKS

Future sessions:
April 8: team session #2 or team play (court defense and covering)

April 22: open session
